PhotoSplash is a free and easy to use application that allows you to create some funny photo montages and image effects for you to have a laugh and share with your friends, but you can also add watermarks and have some basic graphic design tools.
The steps are very simple and you just have to select a photo effects from the list, upload the image you want to edit and then apply the selected effects.
